How It Works

Initial Consultation

The process begins with a free Initial Consultation to discuss the brief and budget. We discuss your needs, personal tastes and your hopes and aspirations for the property.

Fee Proposal

After the Initial Consultation and briefing, we send you a detailed fee proposal for your project. It is very important to us that you to feel comfortable throughout the process, so we ensure that the costs are clear from the get go.

Concept Design

Upon instruction the fun part begins. We kick off the design process with a customised mood board for your project. We collate concept images, textures, and colours for you to be able to visualise the look and feel for your home.

This stage is a great way to gather initial ideas and inspiration and ensures that everyone is on the same page before we get too far down the line.

Design Development

Once the style for your project is set, we get into the design details. We begin this stage with spatial planning; we carry out a site survey and draw up the floor plan and furniture layouts. We then put together a unique and exciting design for each room, showing the colour scheme, furniture pieces, lighting specification, floor finishes and fabric palettes.

If detailed technical drawings are required, these are also included in this stage.

Alongside the design presentation, we put together a breakdown of costs for your approval.

Following the initial presentation, schemes are revised where necessary, until you are completely happy.

Procurement and Installation

With the design finalised, Savinson Interiors will liaise with suppliers and contractors to place the orders for your project. We will arrange delivery and installation slots to suit your needs. For larger projects, a member of our design team will be on site to oversee the installation. During this stage we often curate artwork and home accessories, to create the finished look.

This is a very important stage of the design process and we handle it with care and expertise.
